Monday @7:30pm & Tuesday @ 6:15pm

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes  that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a  workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature  aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow  rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.


Wednesday @ 5:15pm

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates  with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up  the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves  your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.


Tuesday & Thursday @ 5:15pm

Indoor cycling provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout  for all ages (over 16) & fitness levels. Experience a full ride of  hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and  motivational instruction.


Wednesdays @ 6:15pm

Martial arts style cardio workout to help you develop a strong mind  and body connection. This class offers cardio, strength, plyometric and  core training focus. Maximize calorie burn and total body training in  Boxing Fusion.


Monday’s @ 6:30pm

Both PowerFit offers a mix between cardio and strength training. Each  class is carefully planned to keep your muscles shocked, new exercises  are constantly added! Every fitness level is welcome to every class, and  modifications are always shown. PowerFit is a great addition to your  fitness regiment. The strength training and cardio format will help you  reach your fitness goals in an efficient manner. 


Thursday @ 6:15am

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Ripped gives you a total body workout



Saturday 8:30am

50/50 is offered on Saturday mornings and is split class between  Zumba and strength training. You will begin the class with a great,  Latin inspired sweat session and end with a strength training centered  workout.
