Martial arts style cardio workout to help you develop a strong mind and body connection. This class offers cardio, strength, plyometric and core training focus. Maximize calorie burn and total body training in Boxing Fusion.

Both PowerFit offers a mix between cardio and strength training. Each class is carefully planned to keep your muscles shocked, new exercises are constantly added! Every fitness level is welcome to every class, and modifications are always shown. PowerFit is a great addition to your fitness regiment. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Ripped gives you a total body workout
50/50 is offered on Saturday mornings and is split class between Zumba and strength training. You will begin the class with a great, Latin inspired sweat session and end with a strength training centered workout.
