OPEN GYMS - EVERY WEDNESDAY 7:30-8:30PM & SUNDAY 2-3:30PM
This class is designed for those interested in cheerleading and learning cheer basics. This class deals with motions, jumps, flexibility and basic stunting. At the end of every five week session there will be a short performance of what they have learned. NO TUMBLING is involved in this class unless they are already acquired skills that are put into a routine. This class may develop into different levels.
Our stunt class is a 4 week session offered to all athletes who have prior experience in cheer at competitive program or with a school team. Our stunt classes will teach several technique drills and sequences for flyers, bases and back spot. This is class is a great way to improve stunting skills for tryouts. Times TBD
